Managing Director

Stephen is the Managing Director of the firm. A Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years, Stephen has a great breadth of knowledge and specialises in agency and valuation matters.

Simon Chown
Director

Simon graduated from City University Business School and holds a BSc Honours Degree in Property Valuation and Finance. Before forming Chown Commercial with Stephen, Simon previously worked in London at CCF Charter House Banks Property Fund (now HSBC).

Amanda Gibson
Property Administrator

Amanda joined the practice in 2017 after working at Ashby Lowery for in excess of 15 years, and provides valuable support and back up to the Chown Commercial Team.
