Stephen Chown, MRICS - Director, is the Managing Director of the firm, giving leadership with high standards of business ethics and practice throughout the firm. A Chartered Surveyor for over 20 years, Stephen has a great breadth of knowledge and specialises in agency and valuation matters.

Simon Chown - Director, graduated from City University Business School and holds a BSc Honors Degree in Property Valuation and Finance. Before forming Chown Commercial with cousin and co-director Stephen Chown, Simon previously worked in London at CCF Charter House Banks Property Fund (now HSBC), Acorn Homes and Mordril Estates. He is responsible for managing our clients property portfolio and is involved in both commercial and residential development acquisitions and sales.

Helen Farndon

With 5 years experience managing the daily throughput of money relating to our Management Portfolio Helen is more of an accountant than a surveyor. She performs an invaluable function meeting the requirements of the RICS compliance code giving our clients the confidence they need.
